I'm using Reason 6. There are no effects in this track, and this EQ should be completely flat. The signal is just sounding hollow.

In Reason, you can use either the EQ tool (note that this changes the overall volume of the audio in a dynamic fashion) or the Channel EQ tool (which is the analog of a graphic equalizer).
Using the channel equalizer, you can raise the low-mid band by about 4 dB.
If you want to keep the overall volume the same, you can use the equalizer in the 'Broad EQ' mode, which will affect the overall volume by the same amount that you adjust the high and low frequencies (2-band equalizer with the band peaking at +/- 4 dB).
If you are using the graphic equalizer, you can adjust the slider on the EQ panel to the left of the visual representation of the spectrum.
This sounds like a normal EQ problem, and it's not likely the cause of your problem.
